Galería Elvira González opens a solo exhibition by Eduardo Chillida. It comprises seventeen sculptures and ten works on paper known as Gravitaciones. Among the tenth sculptures nine are terracotta, four alabasters, four made of steel and one made of iron. The exhibition is about how light is part of the different formal elements that creates his sculptures. As a compliment to the exhibition, a catalogue has been published with reproductions of all the seventeen works accompanied by a text by the Spanish art historian Francisco Calvo Serraller.
